We have a two days exchange policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
NOTE: We only exchange sizes. We don’t have any pickup service. To get exchange on any article, customer will have to send it back to us. We will dispatch the new exchanged item after receiving.
NOTE: We don’t offer exchanges on live plants or livestock, in any case.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds

We do not provide any refund or exchange to international customers.
